Participate in our one-month job readiness program and get practical experience! Anyone can talk about professional communication in a workshop. Actually communicating in the workplace is when you start mastering that skill. We go over the basics of job preparation in our readiness series: career values and aspirations, cover letters and resumes, interview skills and practice interviews. We ask you what career field you want experience in and we connect to you to a paid opportunity that lines up with your goals.

Enterprise youth explore careers, develop workplace skills, make connections and put their knowledge to the test through our jobs. From graphic design to banking, city government to social media, nonprofit to law Enterprise spans several career options that youth can explore. You gain hands-on experience, make connections, and acquire skills while working with professionals in a field that interests them. You receive a generous stipend at the successful completion of the program. This highly competitive internship program is available during the summer and during the school year. Summer Caddie

“I became a member of Enterprise during my junior year in high school, and it was such a great experience! The workshops and the practice interviews were all really helpful, and all the people who work there are so motivated and committed to what they do. I got a job as a junior caddie at the Olympic Club, and that was one of the best opportunities I’ve had yet. Enterprise rocks!
