Get Involved

Here are some ways you can join us in training our youth

Host interns at your office

Our youth are prepared and eager to learn from you. Over the course of the summer or fall we would love to send you two or more SF young adults.

Review resumes and cover letters

During our training we spend time reviewing cover letters and resumes with
our youth and we would greatly value your input.

Conduct mock interviews

Our young adults gain incredible skills and
confidence by doing mock interviews. Sign up as an individual or come with
your entire office.

Welcome job shadows

Sign up and we’ll coordinate to bring a group of
youth to your office to learn about your life at work.

Mentor

Mentor three young people through their employment. Connect with
them on a weekly basis to inspire them as they work toward their dreams.

Become a donor

Get involved by becoming one of our donors.

By partnering with Enterprise for Youth, you can help young people growing up here in San Francisco access the amazing employment and career opportunities that our city has to offer.
Our youth are trained in hard and soft skills. Graduates complete a training program in job skills such as resume and cover letter writing, phone and web etiquette, professional dress and overall workplace professionalism.
All Enterprise youth learn and practice professional skills such as business communication, customer service, conflict resolution and money management. Join us to support their path.
