What we do

Enterprise for Youth is a central employment resource, where youth learn job-readiness skills and soft skills — and practice those skills in supportive, paid internships. Through ongoing professional development workshops, youth build a strong network of peers, colleagues, and mentors. Our multi-year model allows youth to develop their resumes during high school through paid work experience and training opportunities in the fields of healthcare, technology, art/architecture/design, financial and legal services, government and nonprofit, entrepreneurship, environmental stewardship, communications, and retail.
