Welcome to Our New Board Members

We are pleased to welcome four new members of the Board of Directors: Donna Boyer, Dr. Daniel Burnett, Tynnetta McIntosh, and Ana Moraga Archila. Enterprise for Youth’s Board provides leadership, expertise in a variety of fields, and financial support for our nonprofit. We are grateful to have these new board members join the Enterprise team!

Donna Boyer

Donna Boyer joined Teladoc Health in November as the SVP of Product. Prior to Teladoc, Donna led Product Management and Design as Stitch Fix’s first head of Product. She ran Product for Airbnb’s host side of the business and led the development of Airbnb Plus. She is passionate about increasing diversity in tech, and serves on the Board of Directors of Girls in Tech and The Biden Institute’s Policy Advisory Board. She lives in San Francisco with her husband and two sons, and in her free time, you can find her practicing taekwondo, playing board games, and riding roller coasters.

Dr. Daniel Burnett

Dr. Daniel Burnett received his M.D. from Duke University and concurrently obtained an M.B.A. from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business. Since 2006 Dr. Burnett has raised, or helped raise, over $250 MM for the fourteen TheraNova spinouts. He is an inventor on 57 issued patents and over 180 patents pending worldwide. He recently joined University of California San Francisco as an entrepreneur in residence with QB3 and as adjunct faculty in the Bioengineering Department.

Tynnetta McIntosh

Tynnetta McIntosh is Managing Director and head of Firmwide and Corporate Employee Communications at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Based in New York City, Tynnetta is responsible for strategic communications to the firm’s 200,000+ employees globally. Tynnetta has held a variety of positions in consumer product management, marketing and communications, retail operations, treasury and securities services, and JPMorgan’s Investment Bank. Tynnetta holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Fine Arts from Georgetown University, and is an alumna of Harvard Kennedy School’s Women and Power program. Tynnetta is the Board Chair of the Sphinx Organization, which focuses on diversity in the arts, and an active board member of The Forum, an arts and culture non-profit organization in the U.S. Virgin Islands. From 2008-2011, Tynnetta was Board Chair of 826 National, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping students, ages 6–18, improve their expository and creative writing skills. Tynnetta has received the President’s Award for Leadership and Excellence from the National Association of Black Accountants, a National Black Achiever in Industry Award from the Harlem YMCA, and has been inducted into the YWCA of New York Academy of Women Leaders. Tynnetta lives in Harlem with her partner Mat and their Wheaten Terrier Lady Asta.   

Ana Moraga Archila’s interest in the law was awakened through her experience as co-founder of the organization MuJER- Mujeres por la Justicia, Educación y el Reconocimiento (Women for Justice, Education and Awareness). Ana served as MuJER’s Executive Director for five years. She developed spaces of personal and political empowerment with Central American women sex workers and advocated for policies to end violence against women in Guatemala. The Obama Administration recognized Ana as a Champion of Change for her contributions in the development of the Americas. Ana’s work with the immigrant community is sustained by a combination of love and resistance practices, including her involvement in the Afro-Brazilian martial art of Capoeira. Ana received her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law and is a member of the California State Bar. She is a Senior Attorney representing children in removal proceedings and supervising the Bay Area Direct Representation team at Kids in Need of Defense (KIND).
