Heroes at Work
An evening to celebrate a thriving workforce
At our spring dinner, youth share inspirational stories of growth and transformation. Heroes at Work gathers our community that believes in the power of early work experiences and shares a common goal of economic equality and a robust workforce.
Thank you to everyone who made our sixth annual Heroes at Work special. Your support helps fund our mission to empower local youth to reach their full potential through transformative paid internships.

Climate Career Summit
A roundtable discussion with climate leaders – July 12
The Climate Career Summit exposes young people to career pathways that have positive impacts on preserving our planet. Professionals and activist from various fields will share their journeys with 450 youth interns. Passionate art collectors open their homes to share their exceptional collections with ticket holders while raising awareness for Enterprise for Youth.

Holiday Party
A festive celebration to wrap up the year
Youth, alumni, families, employment partners, donors, and the Enterprise team gather to enjoy the holiday spirit and celebrate the achievements of Enterprise young people.
On December 15, 2022, we gathered at SPARK Social SF with scrumptious food-truck food, a photo booth run by Enterprise alumni, a fire pit for s’mores, and bingo! We were honored to award high school senior Lauren Huang with the David Perlman Memorial Scholarship. Lauren has a bright future in journalistic pursuits.
