Ahmed Ali Bob

Global Social Impact Lead, Block

  • Ahmed Ali Bob has dedicated his career to reducing barriers to opportunity for underserved communities through work in local government, the nonprofit sector, and the tech industry. As the Global Social Impact Lead at Block, Inc., Ahmed oversees charitable giving, volunteer programs, and natural disaster and humanitarian response efforts across multiple countries, including Canada, the US, the UK, Ireland, Australia, and Japan. He leads impact programs across Square, Cash App, TIDAL, and Afterpay, crafting strategies and shaping campaigns that align with Block's mission of economic empowerment, making resources and opportunities accessible to underserved communities and vulnerable populations.

    Ahmed is a committed public servant in his home region of the Bay Area, serving on several boards that focus on workforce development, support for youth, and creating entrepreneurial opportunities for historically marginalized communities. His work spans the technology, philanthropy, education, and civic engagement sectors, with a core belief that economic opportunity should be inclusive and accessible to all.

Kelly Anderson

Executive Search Consultant, Spencer Stuart

  • Kelly has more than 16 years of executive search experience, a wealth of knowledge about human resources leadership and an advisory mindset. She works with clients to recruit chief human resources officers, chief diversity officers, talent officers, total rewards leaders and key #2 HR leaders.

    Kelly previously worked for a leading global executive search firm, where she focused on functional searches within the consumer technology, digital, media and entertainment industries. She also spent four years as an in-house recruiter for a large, public energy company.

    Kelly began her career at a boutique executive search firm specializing in recruiting human resources executives. Kelly’s CHRO engagements span from early stage, fast-growth, pre-IPO to F100 global clients.

    Kelly is a graduate of Wake Forest University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and a minor in Spanish.

Terrance Bei, Treasurer

Principal, Banneker Partners 

  • Terrance Bei is a Senior Vice President at Banneker Partners. At Banneker, Terrance focuses on evaluating investment opportunities and providing operational support to Banneker's portfolio companies. 

    Previously, Terrance worked on investments in vertical software and tech-enabled services businesses at Serent Capital.

    Prior to that he worked at McKinsey & Company serving global technology companies, healthcare organizations, and leading private equity firms across areas such as market due diligence, operations, growth strategy, and marketing & sales. Terrance holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Dartmouth College.

Kim Drew

Mission-driven Leader in Education + Training

  • Kim Drew brings 20+ years of experience in strategy and business operations in corporate, non profit and educational organizations. Most recently, she was GM of Workforce & Corporate Partnerships at Springboard, an online school that trains adults for in-demand tech careers. Prior to Springboard, Kim was with Jewish Vocational Service (JVS), a Bay Area job training nonprofit, where she developed new programs and partnerships. Earlier in her career, Kim was a management consultant and had roles in business strategy and product development at Charles Schwab. She has a BA in Economics from Boston College and an MBA from Harvard Business School. 

Andi Pimental Dunn, Co-President

Chief of Staff to the CEO, Uber

  • Andi Pimentel started her career in Consulting before she began working at Uber in 2012. Andi has had numerous roles at Uber, starting on the Operations team, moving to Business Development, Strategy & Planning, and Product Management. 

    She was the first Chief of Staff at the company, most recently serving for 3 years as the Chief of Staff to the CEO. Her current focus is leading Safety Media for the Product Team and her team's mission is to make the Uber Platform as safe as possible for everyone who uses it. Andi is also the Executive Sponsor to Los Ubers, Uber’s Employee Resource Group for Hispanic and Latinx employees and allies. Andi is immensely proud to be a Latina working in Tech and is excited to empower, celebrate, and advocate for the Hispanic and Latinx community in her roles within and outside Uber. 

    Andi was born in Mexico City, is a Stanford University grad, and a newlywed living in the Bay Area.  

Maria Herrera, Youth Representative

UC Berkeley student class of 2025

  • Maria is a junior at UC Berkeley majoring in sociology.  She’s an active member of Sigma Pi Alpha, a Chicana-based sorority. 

    She joined Enterprise for Youth her junior year at Lowell High School. Maria has participated in Youth Council, the Climate Career Corps program, UCSF Multitudes program, the Program Assistant internship. She has also been an active member in alumni events.

    As an Enterprise Program Assistant, Maria worked with nine youth in the small business sector including Jenny Lemons, Southern Exposure, Chinatown Restaurant, Town’s End Brunch, & Scrap. 

Ana Moraga Archila, Secretary

Managing Attorney at KIND

  • Ana Moraga Archila’s interest in the law was awakened through her experience as co-founder of the organization MuJER- Mujeres por la Justicia, Educación y el Reconocimiento (Women for Justice, Education and Awareness).

     Ana served as MuJER’s Executive Director for five years. She developed spaces of personal and political empowerment with Central American women sex workers and advocated for policies to end violence against women in Guatemala. The Obama Administration recognized Ana as a Champion of Change for her contributions in the development of the Americas. 

    Ana’s work with the immigrant community is sustained by a combination of love and resistance practices, including her involvement in the Afro-Brazilian martial art of Capoeira. Ana received her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law and is a member of the California State Bar. She is a Senior Attorney representing children in removal proceedings and supervising the Bay Area Direct Representation team at Kids in Need of Defense (KIND).

Samantha Palm

Portfolio Manager, Parnassus Investments

  • Samantha Palm is the lead portfolio manager of the Parnassus Fixed Income strategy and a senior analyst. She is responsible for portfolio management and trading of the firm’s Fixed Income strategy and oversees the analysis of indicators that are likely to affect equity and fixed income markets.

    Prior to joining Parnassus Investments in 2013, Samantha was a vice president in Wells Fargo Securities’ fixed income group and an equity research analyst at Robert W. Baird & Co. Samantha received her bachelor’s degree with honors in agricultural and applied economics from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Alison Pincus, Co-President

Co-Founder, Short List Capital, One Kings Lane

  • Alison is a San Francisco-based entrepreneur who is motivated by disruption in the profit and not-for-profit/civic arenas. In 2008, Alison co-founded One Kings Lane as an innovative, e-commerce solution for how home decor, furniture and accessories are aggregated, marketed and merchandised. Within a short period of time, the company became an industry leader, had sold goods to more than 1M shoppers in the U.S., and carried product from thousands of trusted brands and manufacturers. Venture backed One Kings Lane was sold to Bed Bath & Beyond Inc (NASDAQ: BBBY) in the Spring of 2016.

    Alison is passionate about supporting, empowering and helping entrepreneurs. Alison and a collective of five San Francisco-based, female seed investors have come together to make investments in consumer-oriented projects in the United States. They are working with entrepreneurs across various company lifecycles and stages.  

Roberto Rivera

Senior Managing Director, Citizens

  • Roberto Rivera is a lifelong Bay Area resident who grew up in Petaluma, CA and graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Economy of Industrial Societies. 

    Currently, Roberto is a Senior Managing Director and Relationship Manager at First Republic Bank where he first joined in 2007 as an intern before transitioning to become a Credit Analyst in 2009. Since 2011, he has worked as a Relationship Manager providing banking services to individuals and businesses. 

    While at First Republic Bank he has worked on financial education programs internally and externally with Bank partners such as Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco and NFTE Bay Area. 

    Outside of his work at First Republic Bank Roberto enjoys traveling, soccer, and is an adamant supporter of all Bay Area sports teams.  

Jeff Rosenthal

co-CEO and Founder of ProjectNext

  • Jeff has worked extensively with organizations to increase the readiness of current leaders and successors for high impact roles, also speaking and publishing regularly in the areas of executive development and succession planning.

    Prior to co-founding ProjectNext Leadership, Jeff led the Executive Readiness line of services for Deloitte Consulting, and was the CEO of the UC Berkeley Center for Executive Education at the Haas School of Business. He led the Global Technology Practice of Korn Ferry’s Leadership & Talent Consulting business and ran the Western Region of consulting firm BlessingWhite Inc. Jeff has executive recruiting experience, having built Russell Reynolds’ West Coast HR recruiting practice.

    He holds an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management, and a BA from Whitman College. He has also served on a number of non-profit boards, including Summer Search and the Lafayette Community Foundation.

Joe Sinha

Chief Marketing Officer, Parnassus Investments

  • Joe Sinha is the Chief Marketing Officer with oversight for client service, business development and marketing. Prior to joining Parnassus Investments in 2015, Mr. Sinha served as Senior Vice President and held key leadership roles in sales, marketing strategy, product development and mergers/acquisitions at Wells Fargo Funds Management, LLC. 

    Prior to Wells Fargo, he held leadership roles in data management and product development at Morningstar, Inc. Mr. Sinha has over 20 years of experience in the mutual fund industry and holds the Series 7, 24, 63 and 66 securities licenses. He earned a bachelor's degree in English from the University of Michigan and a master's of business administration from the University of Southern California.

Scott Snow

Director, Technology Investment Banking, pH Partner

  • Scott Snow is an Investment Banking Associate at Goldman Sachs in the firm’s Tech, Media and Telecom (TMT) group. In his role, Scott advises clients on M&A transactions, IPOs and financings in the technology space. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Scott worked in Corporate Development and Strategy at eBay and StubHub, where he led several transactions, including eBay’s investment in Chinese shipping company Winit and StubHub’s acquisition of software company Ticket Utils. 

    Scott started his career at Financial Technology Partners, a boutique investment bank in San Francisco. Scott was a founding member of Zoo II, the young professional’s executive board for the San Francisco Zoo. Today, Zoo II raises over $50,000 for the zoo annually, through an annual gala, membership dues and other fundraising activities. 

    Scott grew up in Orinda, California. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and an M.B.A. from the Northwestern Kellogg School of Management.

Dr. Dewey Woo, MD

Chief of Pediatrics at Kaiser Permanente Medical Group

  • Dr. Woo was born and raised in San Francisco and graduated from UC Berkeley with a biochemistry degree. He attended Loyola Stritch School of Medicine in Chicago and completed his residency training at Kaiser Permanente in San Francisco. In addition to his current clinical practice at Kaiser Permanente, he is a Clinical Professor at the University of California, San Francisco pediatrics department.

    He is particularly proud of working at Kaiser Permanente, where he has the resources and technology to provide all his patients with the latest state of the art medical care. As Chief of the Department of Pediatrics at San Francisco, he is committed to providing outstanding service to all the families that he cares for in his practice. He feels blessed to work with outstanding professional colleagues and know that he can offer his families the entire range of specialty care services that we have at Kaiser Permanente San Francisco.

    Dr. Woo currently lives in the Munt Davidson neighborhood in San Francisco with his wife and two teen sons. He enjoys attending Giants baseball games with his family and eating at the many wonderful restaurants in the Bay Area.
