Our Program Steps
Get prepared for the working world while earning money by going through three phases of our program:
STEP 1
JOB READINESS TRAINING
(Earn $125 for completing!)
New to the job search?
Sign up for our Job Readiness Training
This training prepares you for the working world by getting you familiar with interviews, resumes, and more (all while being paid).
*Those who have taken our training will be favored in our internship program applications
STEP 2
APPLY FOR YOUR FIRST PAID INTERNSHIP
(Earn $20/hour)

It’s time to take your polished resume and interview skills and apply them to a job search with Enterprise for Youth.

APPLY FOR MORE INTERNSHIPS AND CAREER OPPORTUNITIES
We also offer other employment opportunities in addition to our program.
This includes additional paid internships, training workshops, career exploration panels, and leadership development.

Program Details
We help youth break through barriers, giving them a leg up in the workforce.
Our Internships
Pay $20/hour, along with accrued vacation time. (approximately $1,500 earned by the end of the internship!)
Engage youth in weekly professional development workshops.
Access to ongoing career planning support and networking opportunities.
General Schedule of Our Internships
Internships last a total of 75 hours
12 hours per week (2-3 days)
Pre-training week for Enterprise youth June 10-14 (Summer only)
Attend weekly Professional Development Workshops with other Enterprise for Youth Interns
Weekly check-ins with Job Coach
