Kickstart Your Career With Enterprise for Youth!
If you’re new to Enterprise for Youth, join our comprehensive Job Readiness Training.
Our Job Readiness Training gives you the tools needed to apply for and secure jobs. As a participant, you’ll develop a resume and cover letter, learn how to write professional emails, and practice your interview skills.
You will earn $125 for completing the workshops and you will receive individualized support that will prepare you for success in a wide range of work settings. After the training, you will gain access to life-changing paid internships.

By completing our training program, you will receive access to year-round employment opportunities. All youth qualify for college credit for completing one of our paid internships. At Enterprise for Youth, we know that a first job can be life-changing, and our programs open the door for San Francisco youth to explore exciting work opportunities in healthcare, law, retail, design, and more.
Eligibility Requirements
Youth must have started high school and be 14 to 21 years old.
We have no minimum GPA requirement.
We encourage students with any immigration status to apply.
Available to complete an internship preferably over the summer
