2024 Board of Directors Announcements
Congratulations to the new leaders of our Board
We’re honored and grateful to have four Board members be elected to the Board’s Executive Committee.
Each of these accomplished individuals has demonstrated their commitment to the young people we serve as part of our Board of Directors.
Alison Pincus, Co-President, has served Enterprise for Youth since 2018 as part of the Youth Workforce Development Committee, Finance & Facilities Committee, and Chair of Private Collections. Andi Pimentel Dunn, Co-President, joined the Board in 2021 and has been an enthusiastic member of our Development Committee and Chair of Heroes at Work. Since joining in 2020, Ana Moraga Archila, Secretary, has been on our Youth Workforce Development Committee and Governance Committee, co-led an equity initiative, and has hosted and mentored interns for seven years. As a Board member since 2018, Terrance Bei, Treasurer, has spearheaded our Young Professionals Group, hosted interns at his company, and served on the Finance Committee.
A warm welcome to our newest Board members
As we approach a new year, we’re excited to welcome two leaders to Enterprise for Youth’s Board of Directors. Meet Kelly and Maria:
Kelly has more than 16 years of executive search experience, a wealth of knowledge about human resources leadership, and an advisory mindset. She works with clients to recruit chief human resources officers, chief diversity officers, talent officers, total rewards leaders, and key HR leaders.
Before joining Spencer Stuart, Kelly worked for a leading global executive search firm, a large, public energy company as a recruiter, and a boutique executive search firm. Kelly is a graduate of Wake Forest University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and a minor in Spanish.
Maria is a junior at UC Berkeley majoring in sociology. She’s an active member of Sigma Pi Alpha, a Chicana-based sorority. She joined Enterprise for Youth during her junior year at Lowell High School. Maria has participated in Youth Council, Climate Career Corps, UCSF Multitudes, and the Program Assistant internship. She has also been an active member in alumni events. As an Enterprise Program Assistant, Maria worked with nine youth in the small business sector including Jenny Lemons, Southern Exposure, Chinatown Restaurant, Town’s End Brunch, and SCRAP.
